NO REFUNDS. 

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all intimate/undergarment apparel (such as swimsuits, onesies, leotards, lingerie, bralettes, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sales items, gift cards.

Please contact MUC if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Delivery 

For efficiency on delivering your package within the allotted timeframes, please ensure the correct delivery address is provided.

In the case of the incorrect shipping address being provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We do understand mistakes happen and will put forth our best efforts to fulfill your request and change the address. In the event the shipping process has already started, and we are unable to make any changes, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information that was entered by the customer.

Please be advised shipping fees are non-refundable. Refusals of any shipments from My Urban Chic, for any reasons will result in the customer forfeiting original shipping charges.

Lost/Stolen Packages

For packages that has a “Delivered” status per the tracking details with courier and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. My Urban Chic is not responsible for package(s) that shows a completed delivery status but not yet received by the customer. In addition, My Urban Chic is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages and items damaged by the courier. Should these unfortunate events happen, please file a direct claim with the courier.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
